  • Conditions Tuesday May 8th 2018

    Did a tour today. It was warm and things were soft just about everywhere.

    Went up to Tucks and you can easily get there in shoes now if the snow is soft. You could skin some if you really wanted but it's getting dirty and rocky if it there still is any snow. Sherbi is done, the hiking trail is easier and less muddy.

    here is the bowl early and quite.


    Left Gully high looking to summit.


    Air Plane, it was pretty soft as well, there's a guy skiing it.


    The easties are pretty sweet and fat. I did a few runs there before returning. here is afternoon bowl action, left gully has a pile of skiers.

      The Auto Road psted an update around 2PM today:
      "The Mt Washington Auto Road will OPEN to TREE LINE at 4200 on May 12, 2018 from 9am - 4pm for all regularly allowed vehicles, including motorcycles.

      Conditions above treeline are looking favorable for opening to the summit in the next several days, stay tuned for updates

      Guided Tours will be available beginning Memorial Day weekend, May 26th.
