Why did I move to New England. I am so sick of hearing about the Yankees and the Red Sox.

You pose the question "who will win the World Series" but the poll asks for one's "favorite team," which is another thing entirely. Especially for us Sox fans. How about another poll as to which game it will be won in?

Ahhhhhhh the Red Sox. I attended to 2 games of them against the Expos, in the last years. The Expos won both ;) It was so funny to see that even with 50% of the crowd FOR the Red Sox, there was some Expos fans walking with large banners "Red Sux" in the bleachers. We catched a false ball, on the 1st game and on the 2nd one (few years later), it was so funny to see some Boston fans with their "raccoon hat" and drinking their 20th+ beer of the evening ! One of them, really drunk, finally succeeded to destroy one of the banners even though he rushed to walk..... ahhhh good memories ! lol
PS : there was no opinion given on the Red Sox in this message.
I think "The Expos won both ;) " is an opinion on the Red Sox.

Shame to thee of little faith. It was only some facts related... and I don't have an idea if the Red Sox won all the other games against Mtl. I just know that Mtl won both I assisted.
Why did I say few weeks ago that I found cool that this community didn't entered on baseball topics while there was no ski reports possible ??

BTW... what is a "thee" ? Oh... I think I just don't want to know it..... Sorry Frank, many of us on this board are American, and it is, after all, our national pasttime. Baseball is the most American thing out there. I am surprised the topic hasn't turned to baseball before this.
As for "thee", it is just the Olde English way of saying "you".

All I have to say is that the best team sport in the universe (besides Rugby, of course) is football. (Not soccer to you internationals, but FOOTBALL)

Lance does rule... :) Lance is awesome, but that guy is not human. I don't think he even comes from this universe. I read an article about him in SI a while back. It said he could ride the stationary bike at 98% for some obscene amount of time like 55 minutes. It also said most guys that are in good shape can do that for about a minute before they are ready to throw up.
