Inferno weekend?

Hey ya'll...What's this I keep reading about Inferno weekend? When/what is it? Im a virgin to TUX and am looking to have my first time..Is this a good time to go? Any information would be great, peace!

if the weather is fine, the Zoo-Factor will be extreme....but that's cool. Lots of zanies and superbe skiing and riding will be in evidence.

Shelter space will be scarce and the tent platforms will fill up too. Lots of folks take rooms in Gorham or down in MWV (Conway,etc).

You mean the SON of the Inferno... anyway, it's a pentathlon culminating with a GS ski course in the ravine. Is it a good time to go? Depends on what you are looking for. It tends to be the most crowded day in the ravine all year with even more of a circus atmosphere than your typical spring weekend. If you were planning on staying in the lean-tos at Hermit Lake, well that'll be tough that weekend, but if you're heading up for the day it can be a lot of fun.

I'm going up that weekend! I've been to tux many times but never on this weekend which I'm anticipating to be a blast. Hope to see everyone there.
