View Full Version : Skiing on the 29th

It looks like the 29th of November will be my first venture into the mountains. I was thinking Cannon, Wildcat or Tucks depending on conditions.

I am inclined to want to go to HoJo's just to check it out.

Anyone interested?

Was thinking about hitting up Waterville Valley for the $25 :liftticket: for canned goods deal.....

Kfar - how ARE you?? Long time, no see posts. Hope all is well with you and yours. As for Hojos' on the 29th, I may be interested. I have tentative plans so far, but not definite. We (skilaspatchsandpitbrokenskis and I), thought we may have seen you at Kmart on Monday when we were on the lift. Obviously it wasn't you though.

Skidude and I will be somewhere in New England to :skicool: :skifemcool: that day. Given the cra@@y weather forecast, we will be lucky if K-Mart is open.

I'll definitely be skiing somewhere on the 29th, probably Cannon. However, I might be interested in a Tucks trip, depending of course on what happens weather-wise between now & then (right now it doesn't look too good :mad: )

Anyway, we'll have to watch the weather.

Also, I believe the night of the 29th (it might be the 30th, I'll have to check for sure), Bretton Woods is hosting a showing of Warren Miller's Journey, so that might be something to check out if you haven't seen it already (I will probably try to go).

Thats funny - I was at KMART on Monday in spirit. Does that count.

I am doing good but have been way too busy. One thing right after the other. And I've been busy :atwork: lately.

Been trying to stay in touch by reading but not much time to post. Hope all is well with you and the rest of the crew here.

I may been around for a chat Thursday.
