I am thinking about making the trip on April 28th. I am wondering what the snow conditions will be like that weekend? Any advice?

I'll be up there the w/k of the 28th also, judging by the photos and conditions right now, things are looking really great this year. God, maybe i'll even be able to ride all the way back down the shelburne trail this end of April?! http://timefortuckerman.com/ubb/wink.gif

As for weather conditions, your guess is as good as mine, it's sorta a hit or miss thing from past experience. I've been up there at the end of April in full sunshine, warm temps and also hail/fog/freezing temps. and wind that will literally blow yer socks off!
