Looking for Backcountry Ski Mentor

I am looking for a mentor to help me grow into an experienced and safe backcountry skier. I have made two trips into Tuckermans but been turned away do to avalanche danger. I have aslo made one trip to the Gulf of Slides and skied about the first 2/3's of Main Gully. I own AT gear and next year will be puchasing shovel, crampons, skins, probe, mountaineering ax, and a suitable sleeping bag.

I would like to explore some of the terrain offered up in NE that does not pose avalanche risk, so that I can learn the basics.
