Unfortunately. his forecast puts southern quebec (and i am guessing, by associaion, northern new england), at less than normal snowpack :-(.

yep, that's the general outlook for a la Nina year . . . unless we get a favorable NAO. Gonna be a crapshoot, but the PacNW/BC should be big this year.
