Indeed, Fri-Sun looks pretty good so far with the low finally pulling away. Just keep praying though. I'm looking for Saturday and Sunday to be STRONG!

Just keep an eye on the avi forecast. Lots of new snow, an inverted snowpack, plenty of mixed precip and glazing with rapid heating/melting could bring on some nasty human triggered wet slabs. Hopefully Friday clears and things stabilize by Saturday, but there's a lot of new junk loaded in the ravines right now.

I firmly believe it will take longer than a few days (Saturday) for things to stabilize up there. I've seen it before.

Weather.com says windy, cloudy, and temp of 34.
But NOAA says mostly sunny, and upper 40's.

I like NOAA's prediction better.

Unless its for novelty, the only forecast site you need is weather.gov.
Weather.com aka The Weather Channel forecasts are mostly computer generated. While the National Weather Service uses real people to make zone forecasts for the entire country.
