Hehe, I finally found the post new topic button, must of missed it because its a different color and stuff.
Anyways, what a great day it was today! Ive climbed Washington and the rest of the Presidentials many times but today was my first time skiing it. WOW, we were blessed with perfect weather, no wind or a cloud in the sky! Got the crap scared out of me below the teardrop when my leg went through the snow into a crevasse right up to my crotch! I looked in the hole and couldnt see the bottom! Also,I heard a girl fell through one up to her neck today, - so be careful of crevasses! Other than that Im glad that my first Tuckerman ski trip was such a perfect day!! I only had to take my skiis off once for the ski out trail (although it has a very short future:)) If you are thinking about going up soon, this should be a great weekend for it and don't hesitate -- If tommorrow or monday is anything like today you will want to be there!!
I walked away with sunburn today instead of windburn AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
