Hiked in on a perfect day at Tuckerman. Snow cover has improved conserably from the pictures on the site in early May. It's snowed a bunch up there. The lip is closed due to crevasses but they are filled in making them even more treacherous. The Chute has great coverage and the headwall is covered well if you are willing to ski down through the rocks. The left gulley looks good and is open.
