Got this in my email this afternoon...where to go for extreme summer turns....and T4T is mentioned.

Extreme Summer Skiing
Bored? Miss those trips down the slopes? How about getting that one last ski trip in before the true heat of the season is upon us.

That's right - head on out to Tuckerman's Ravine in New Hampshire. Not for the weak of heart, mind you. Most likely, you will be sharing the trail with many a boulders. First you pak up all your gear and strap it to your back. You then take 2 hours and hike the 90 degree trail. Once at the top, all that gear you hauled up is now attached to yoiur body. Then your off - 5 minutes of doging rocks, craters, ravines and the odd spectator.

Worth it? Absolutely! Check out these 2 sites for more info on Tucker.

I liked that email... was interesting to see what kind of response such would generate.

Snoopy me...

The writer of the article visited June 15th and spent 48 minutes perusing T4T.

The results??

1 visitor yesterday morning at 11am from earthlink.net! oops

Isn't it kinda creepy that Dave can track us whenever he wants?

I'm amazed that they would say "5 minutes" though. If I am wrong in saying this, someone correct me, but judging from last year's snow strip TR's (which I looked at BEFORE this thread), the average time spent going down is maybe one minute? Unless of course, you collapse the undermined snow.
