I pull this costume I made, out once every few years... its won me some ski passes and such at parties. Luckily it JUST fits into a mini van... alas I don't own one anymore.
Dare thing won't fit in our PT! :skis: + :pumpkin: != :teardrop:

Unfortunately we didn't win a price this time after dragging this 11ft monster all the way down to Pennsylvanis (Caesars Poconos) on our Honeymoon.... I think we were the only ski nuts there

I went to a Halloween party last weekend dressed as a crashed snowboarder. I wore the boots, pants, hat & goggles, & bought this sling that had fake broken bones, muscle tissue, & blood on top of the arm. Pretty nasty. I finished it off with fake gashes glued onto my face & blood trickling down. I was runner up for scariest costume. I only did it to avoid buying an expensive costume, I don't want to jinx myself! :skierscared:
If the party hostess ever emails me pictures from the shin dig I will be sure to post them.
For Halloween I'll be dressing up the :dog: . I'm deciding between cat ears or a Colorado Avalanche jersey.

I still can't believe SkiDave's costume didn't win that stupid contest. I mean, it's huge!

I still can't believe SkiDave's costume didn't win that stupid contest. I mean, it's huge! Ya and here we driving for 7 hrs on our honeymoon to PA land with that thing stuck between us. Lost to a couple who bought white Glad garbage bags and went as 'white trash'. It was discussing... but hey... the crowd voted (only about 20 people), and the other couple were more drunk and had made more friends than we had before the contest.
Think there was only about 4 or 5 couples in the contest too.

Here's an easy costume idea that you can throw together at the last minute. You collect random pieces of your athletic equipment (ski goggles, baseball glove, shinguard, hiking boot, any kind of uniform shirt, shorts, pants, socks, or hat that you have, climbing harness, hockey gloves, etc.) You wear as many different items as possible and go as a confused weekend athlete. The climbing harness works well since you can hang all kinds of things on it. Wear eye-black under one eye and hang whatever you have on a lanyard (whistle, compass, stop-watch)around your neck.

Here's a bunch of costumes in really bad taste.
I warned you.

Quebec Nordiques jersey would be even better. and by the way, you didn't forge my signature too did you? The closest I have is a Team Canada replica jersey. And you did write your signature down for me, I was all set.
