Hey everyone,
Here is a link to the pics I took on top of Mt.Monadnock last Saturday. We got caught in a snow shower close to the summit. Nice Dry Snow. It was pretty cool.

Anyway, the trip was cool, we went up whitedot and came down white cross. I put about 40-50lbs in my bag for tucks training. I was tired when I came back down.

Thats me in the pic along with Susan, We hope to get married on top of Mt.Washington

In a year or so, Summer time.

Enjoy Guys/Girls

Nice trip! I believe that there are some trails there that when the :snowflakes: comes you can  ... Anyone know more about that? (I believe it's in Goodman's book, but I'm too lazy to take that out right now)

Yes, When I hiked up I passed a sign that said Old Ski Trail, Looked awsome, just a huge hike up though, and not sure what it amounts to.

But the trip was nice.

and It did snow when I was up there.. it was cool

Do you think that rocky top is skiable during the winter??? I'd imagine, if there was enough snow, it would be nice snowfields...

I would think so, When I jogged down it felt like skiing.

IF there were enough snow it could be done.

Long hike though

I agree, well worth the wait. Thanks!

"Mon" is on my list for this winter...poverty is such an inspiration. Investing in some kicker stickers and a pair of skins was the best lifetime ski pass investment I ever made!
