Approaching 4,000 T4T Members

Wow! We've come a long way since the beginning.. ie April 1, 1996 when T4T was first born, and it was pretty much just me, M@ and DMC keep the place 'barely' active. We are approaching 4,000 members, 43 of which are TMC members. By the way astrotech, Luddite and awf170 just reached the 300 mark and now are our latest inductes into the TMC.

My site has about 21-25 members ( cant remember ) with about a core of 8 or so, and its been almost 1 year. Its slow going, like some of you mentioned when I was asking about it.

4000 GOD, I cant even comprehend that many members.

Do you have memebers that just join and never post? I have some like that and dont know whats up with it.

It looks like, as of right now, only 715 of the members who have actually joined have posted, and many of them are not active anymore. (If you look at the Member List, and sort by post count, the posts stop on the 24th page near the bottom.) So 23 (pages of posters) x30 (members per page)=690 690+25 (#who have posted on page 24)=715. 715 members, as of right now, have posted.....I think.

Click on a random one and their last activity might also say like 9-17-2005 or something like that, so they clearly are not active.

It looks like this is THE place to be. I joined because I was hoping to make another trip to Tuck's this year, but it didn't happen. I've only been twice, once skiing and once hiking in Sept on my honeymoon (the short one after the wedding). The long one was a week in Val D'Isere and a week in N. Italy....skiing, of course. I try not to post too much unless I have something worth saying. Other times, I just can't help myself. :D Like now. :D Congrats on the great site. I'll be hanging around, checking in every once in a while. Hope to meet some of you up in the Ravine sometime. I try to hit Jay a couple times a year, too. Keep up the great work!
