Take a look at the Trip Reports. The skiing seems pretty good, but hiking the lower half of the trail is required. Tonight's rain may turn into snow up north...

The skiing seems pretty good, but hiking the lower half of the trail is required. Tonight's rain may turn into snow up north...
More than half, at least 2/3. Even if it turns to snow later, any rain will kill most of the skiing on GoS trail. Expect to walk up the whole way, and you may get 3/4 mile of skiing down if you are lucky and don't like your skis.

The snow in the GoS is much less than last year at this time. The coverage is still good on the runs.

Yes! The trip reports... I must have been suffering from quick onset rectal-cranial inversion. :eek: It gets worse with age. Thanks all for the info on GOS. We'll keep a watch on and see what happens !
