Hi, I don't know a whole lot about this, except what the tag says. I did check it out on black diamonds website. This is an avalanche safety vest. It has a removable backpack that unzips and is a good place to store emergency items. This vest is to be worn over your shell or coat. It is a size Medium and retailed for $285. I believe they have a handy scaled down version now, but this is one that would be great if you didn't want a pack, but were going into the backcountry and needed safety and storage. There are lots of cool zippers and adjustments. The mouthpiece is still sealed and has of course never been used. Thanks for looking.

I know of a few that have been fired for selling stuff they stole from their employers. Actually a manager at Circuit City was doing it, and left his auction screen up at Circuit City, with his seller ID as his last name, with TONS of stolen merch, and the Op Manager just happened to be walking by, and noticed many many ipods for sale under his last name. YIKES !

Talk about stupidity.

As for the buyers, they were clear free, unless you know its stolen some how the buyer is protected from pretty much everything, but warentees might be void.

I picked up one of these vests last year for $120 or so..... retail price is a bit exaggerated I think. Haven't had to 'use' it yet thankfully...... I would've preferred just the avalung without the vest in the first place. I'm currently making mods so I can carry just the 'lung'.
