Also not sure if this is really an appropriate topic for the TFT board, but...

Wouldn't it be nice to:
-be able to go skiing whenever you can and not have to worry about
finding a place to stay?
-be able to leave your equipment near the mountain all winter and not
worry about forgetting something or taking the time to load up the car?
-not worry about check out times?
-be able to bring your pets?
-be able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner and not have to buy it on the mountain or in a restaurant?
-wake up right next to the mountain and not have to hit the road at 5:30 in the morning in order to make first tracks?

I am looking to rent a 2003-2004 winter seasonal condo at Mittersill near Cannon Mountain, and wondering if anyone would be interested in going in on a share of it.

The approximate cost per person including all utilities for four months say, December through March) would be :
A full share (full use, all the time) $1,500 - $1,750 per person.
A half share (alternate weekends, unlimited weekdays) would be $750 -
$875.
A quarter share (one weekend per month, unlimited weekdays) would be
$375 - $437.
Any level of share would be able to leave equipment in the condo
throughout the season.

Actual cost depends on the number of people interested and the class of unit available.

As the units are starting to book up now, please let me know within the
next week or so if you might be interested and at what level.

-BG

-BG Bad year to be broke... but let me know if I can crash the party on a per diem. I can almost always go midweek...

Ditto on the crashing for me. If I didn't live only an hour away from Cannon, I would think about it with a friend or two. Hmmmmm. Maybe all of us Tuckerpeople can crash there some weekend when you are up if you do it. THAT might just be a party! OK, have fun, be safe. Al :skistooge:

Bladegirl,

Unfortunately I tend to stick to my side of the CT. river when I ski. However, if you do get a condo, I could drop by with a keg and make it a party! :D :D :D

On castlerock's recommendation, I am now looking for a room/house to rent near sugarbush. Anybody know of anything?

NH Ski: Sending you the email of a friend of mine who might have a room for rent at the base of the mountain road, sugarbush south.

As an alternative to getting my own place, I'd go for a room to rent or a house share as well (near Cannon) if anyone knows of any leads.
