Thanks to you 3 !

Today, we filmed 2-3 little scenes at Shefford (not the same cameraman)

This won't be as much extreme, but it could be sweeeet.

What a nice day today. Their slogan is "the natural mountain".

At a moment, we were 4 on the whole right part of the mountain :

1) Me

2)

Yet another few reasons to be glad of breathing on such a day. Magical moments are the greatest treasure.

That's awesome. Looks like the kind of snow conditions where skis let you turn the table on the deer -- for once, we're actually faster and more maneuverable than they are.

(Of course they could still outrun a snowboarder...) :D

Hmm, I more go with RR than BG.

I find the deers so cute that I would never be able to know that I'm eating them. (I don't care for beef, cow, chicken, etc, though)

I find cute to see a squirrel or some birds, while skiing or hiking. But when I see some deers or foxes while skiing, it's always some magical moments that I'm never going to forget... especially when it's 3 deers... and I've seen them twice in the day... around 10h and at 1hPM when I took the pics.

Effectively, it was tough for them to advance into that snow, cause there was about 3-4' deep in the woods. It was easy to reach them, cause the trees of the Shefford's woods are very spaced, in general. There is still some brush as you see, but if the snow continues to fall like that, we will be able to ski everywhere on the mountain very soon.

Someone hit a squirrel while skiing the other day at Cannon. Very messy. And not so magical for the squirrel.

I almost ran into a moose on the lower mountain - under the tram - at Jackson Hole...

I've scared up some grouse and a snowshoe hare in the past. Dam'n grouse scared hell out of me too. Noisey when they fly, 'specialy when they're apparently trying to fly up someone's nose...geesh! Almost smacked a tree on account of that grouse.

Grouse deal was at Burke* and the hare was at the Bush.

Really big cat tracks seen on the traverse to East Bowl
