If your gonna take a class look into Chauvin Guides. Myself and NHSki planned to take one last spring, I had to cancel but I know he had a great experience.
They do offer discounted rates for larger groups. I have talked with them several times and the seem like good guys.
I took Level I from the AMC..
Classwork in the Woodchuck Lodge field work in the field by Joe Dodge Lodge and in the Ravine..
It was a great time - learned tons! Taught by Steve Nuegibar - Dude really knows his stuff..
I'll be getting Level II this year.. Not sure when - have to check the AMC site. I'd be down with a Chaevan Guide thing though if I could make it up..

Another (not Mt Washington specific) Avy-site - great resources.....interesting stuff to read thru the database of 'incidents'.....
