Custom Avatar?

How come i cant upload/change my custom avatar?

When i go in, its just the standard ones and no option to use a custom one.....

When I goto this link:

I see the "custom avatar" stuff at the bottom of the page where you can enter a URL or upload one. Are you not seeing this? Have you had coffee this morning?

Im not seeing this...Ive had alot of coffee so far.

Maybe ill try another pooter.
