Tuckermans 4/16/05

I was last at Tuckerman's in April 2001 (wow! what at great year for snow.) I had a baby and then didn't make it back until just this past April for the weekend of the 16th.

The place never changes. So breathtakingly beautiful :) :) .

I made it up to the snowfields for the first time and dropped down into the bowl. What a thrill!!!

Was anyone else there that weekend? As I stood above the bowl kind of frozen with fear (Tuckermans Tingle I read somewhere ;) ) three topless girls in their underware skied by and dropped in without hesitation. The crowd was going wild!!!

Best place on earth. Always a bunch of cool people staying at Hermit Lake. I had such a blast. Can't wait until next trip!!!

When in April 2001 was that? I was there on the 14th and 21st. :p

As for this years trip on the 16th, there were several T4T members. See the 'Roll Call' link at the top of the page to see who was there.

We were there for 4/20-21. I remember the Son of Inferno going on when we were hiking up to the bowl. The snow was so unbelievable. We had to dig down to get into our leanto (#7 I think) and we skied right onto the roof when we came back.

This is such a great site. So glad I found it :)

WOW Great pics!! Yep those were the girls. You can't see in the picture but those girls had BALLS :D

Yeah I was there from 4/14 to 4/16. Was that some :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: or what!

Best weather I have ever heard of there, didn't see any clouds the whole time.
