Can anyone give me the URL for the Tuck's ski report?
There are so many different semi-Tuck's site that I lose track of them and I remember somewhere one of them (an AMC site?) had a good ski report, including the distance you could ski out.
Thanks
Here, we just read the latest TR....

I would have to say that this site is the best source of information regarding Tux, and other alpine related topics.
You have www.tuckerman.org which many of us go to and report on our findings anyway.
Stay for a while, and ask questions, you will get answers you can rely on.

I don't know about a "ski report", but one would be a goon not to check out the avalanche forecast (http://www.tuckerman.org/avalanche/index.html)...

Can you tell me exactly where? The link to the daily report from the home page (Minister of Disinformation) is from 2003. Do I just look through the forums?
I may be missing a "trai report", but I have looked hard!
Thanks!

Most of the TR's wind up here, even if they start out someplace else. The most recent was this during week.

best bet is the TR forum and the pictures of www.tuckerman.org
there is also a Sherburne report on the avalanche page at the bottom
it currently reads: The John Sherburne Ski Trail has good coverage with developing moguls. The trail has been softening up with recent rain and sun so you should expect crusty conditions when temperatures are below freezing.
Should be full coverage for some time

"There are no American infidels in the Tuckering Ravine. Never!
They are sick in their minds to think of stepping up that wallhead place!"
"What is this stupid pale sand that is so cold upon my feet? Bah!"
I dunno... Sounds alright to me ;)

Hey, what happened to our not-so-trustworthy Minister?
Did he go into hiding in the caves on Mt Washington?

Everything related to anything about Tucks is found on the Site Map link at the top of every forum page as well as the home page.

Good morning! and welcome to the Tuckerman Ravine ski report for this last day of March 2005. Today we'll be skiing on 18 out of 20 trails under sunny skies. Come on out and enjoy the best open bowl skiing the East Coast has to offer. Our lifts aren't running today, but it's so nice out, people are actually hiking up the hill to get in their spring skiing. Go figure.
Avalanche danger is low today, but spring conditions are upon us, so watch out for ice fall and keep those tips up. It always sucks to be the unlucky ******* who finds the first crevasse of the year.
Conditions on the trails are a mixture of lovely spring corn, wet snow and frozen granular condtions. The Sherburne has been groomed with our snowcat into an assortment loose baby heads for your end-of-day skiing pleasure. The Ice Fall and Cathedral are not recommended ski routes at this time, but if you head one of those ways, please shout out "Woo hoo! Look at me," so we all know to watch your spectacular demise.
Again, have fun and be safe, of if not, make sure someone takes pictures, so we can add it to our highlight reel.
Thanks,
The Mangement
