Backpackers Pantry:
# 4 on the list: Lousiana Red Beans & Rice (boil water, pour into pouch, stir, zip closed and wait a few)
# 3 on the list: Zucchini Lasagna (ditto)
Tasty Bite:
# 2 on the list Palak Paneer (weighs a ton but saves fuel, heat and serve is optional, can be eaten cold)

and, # 1 on the list:
Marinated/sauteed potabello caps over brown rice with scallion (After the hike up, pour marinade into ziplock and add shrooms, shake and hang in stuff sack from rafter...rub a little insect repellant on the cord of the stuff sack. Then go skiing/riding...serve with Egri Bikaver...after diner, as a digestivo, a little Grappa)

Shelter/camping meals are ever changing - never seem to make the same thing b/c it's usually a little of this and a little of that. Pepperoni and cheese (sharper the better) is a staple though.
