Hey Franko,

Me and the surfette are headed to Tremblant on Sunday with all the tips you sent me. Will be skiing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Want to join us for a day? Anyone else in the area then?

Hi Surfy !

Unfortunately, I begin my internship monday. So sunday, I will prepare me for this... especially as we're heading to ..... Tremblant (lol).... on monday evening to friday for the training !

So weirdly, we may have a chance to meet, but probably not for skiing :(

I have 1 morning of ski, on wednesday morning. I don't exactly know the hours and I guess I won't have an internet access for all this time. Anyway, they will probably try to match us with other trainees of the same ski level to let us meet before to work together.

Do you have a FRS radio ? If yes, I don't know if I will have some free times during the days, but it *could* be possible to meet at least.

No radio. Will be skiing Wednesday. We are staying at the Westin in Village pietonnier. I will e-mail you my reservation info. If you can stop by or call before Wednesday perhaps we could hoist a couple cold ones.

If you buy a FRS Radio, don't take a cheap thing... you must have the sub-channels, cause if not, it doesn't worth a lot !!!!

Today, even in a tiny mountain like Alta, it was looking like a party on the 6.0 (our "official" channel on Zoneski)

I guess it was the same thing on the other channels. I think that in USA you can have something decent (with sub-channels) for not too much. Here, for that, it's over 100$. :( (but if I'd knew it, I would have pay a little more !)

Unfortunately, I had quite a busy schedule... and the only time when I had the time to meet Surfy, I called him (tuesday at 5h30 PM) but he wasn't in his room :(

It's sad, cause we were in the same hotel, finally, so we could have seen us enough easily !

I hope that you got some great skiing Surfy. I guess monday wasn't very nice before the snow started... but tuesday and wednesday were surely quite interesting, until the freezer express came on the mountain !!
