Im gonna try to just "tag along" or do my own stuff (as to not have to pay money), but will do the cool social aspect stuff if anyone is interested, i have a place to stay.

Here is the Placid Slide on the Backside/South facing side of Whiteface. Not the slides on the Ski Resort side that we intially hiked up over.

Those T4Ters on the August Hike will remember this.
You can see the Cliffs we were standing on in the background.

last yr i wrote jesse about splitting on one of the tours and he said they couldn't support splitters. i went up, split myself then hung out at the event afterward, met some cool people. not sure what i'll do this year, most likely the same.

Thats exactly what i am planning.
Im not gonna pay for a guided tour we could do ourselves.

I wanna hang out on saturday night with the folks. Did you have to pay for the after events? I emailed the mountaineer and asked...no response yet.

Plan on going up! We will do our own and show them splitters can out do them.....or somthing. :rolleyes:
