There is only 3767 minutes remaining before the end of the 'funky' last month entirely in summer... woohooooo (I like when I can count in minutes...)
Well, september = First snows on the peaks
Beginning of freezing ground in the high elevations
First freezing even in the lower elevations... well, I'm eager in 3767 minutes !! :D
Anyone planning to ski in september ?

geting cool crisp nights here ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh how nice does that feel!
Was cold enough last night to stay out and fiddle with the telescope and not wear bug juice.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Yes, winter definitely approaches, even in the Midwest. Shorter days; the fire flies are gone; and the AC is seeing less use with every passing day.... I even cleared space out back for the cord of firewood. Woo hoo!
