Hey just 3 weeks remaining before august 30. I can't wait to see the little ski competition on the bottom of West 70 at St-Sauveur. They do that since few years, but it's just last year that I've seen it for the 1st time. I don't think I will ski this year, cause of the big air in a swimming pool to finish, in front of 500-1000 persons, but I'll go see that for sure !

Here is 1 pic of 2001 and 1 of 2002.

It's funny to see that the 2002 snowtrack was twice wider than 2001. I hope it will be good this year ! (I wonder if we will see a

Frank,

that guy is only a couple of feet off the ground, I'm not sure that would be called "big air" but whatever. That doesn't even look like a jump! :p

Still looks fun though...

Elwood, what is not clear on the pic is the fact he is quite far from the snow, at the end of his jump. The jump of 2001 was less big than in 2002, but it was certainly cool to see anyway. Last year, they had easily the time to do 720, backflips and many weird figures that I don't know the name, so this may not be some big air, but they do some quite cool jumps to see... especially in august.
