I got a 101.

Camping up there gets you lots of points.

v0.5=107. Primarily camping.

Then I thought about it some more and got a 117. Under v0.5, the answers are cumulative:

The Basics
Answer these "Have you ever been to Tuckerman Ravine ...?" questions
At least once
More than 5 times (3pt)
More then 10 times (5pt)
Alone (5pt)

Determination
Answer these "Have you ever driven more than ... to get to Tuckerman Ravine?" questions
1 hr
3 hrs (2pt)
6 hrs (3pt)
8 hrs (4pt)

So if you've been more than 10 times, and have been alone, and you check off all the lesser choices, you get 14 points... and if you've driven at least 8 hours, you've also driven at least 1, 3, and 6 hours... so you get 10 points.

Maybe radio buttons instead of checkboxes, unless this is a design objective (i.e. awarding bonus points for the exercise of cunning skill)?

El-Bagr. I matched you! 117. I've been doing this too long. FWIW, M@, some how the addition doesn't work with Firefox 9.3

That also being a feature - it acts the same with the "Evil Test" - and if anyone has the answer I will remove that feature.

I only see 3pts for an overnighter, but if you have a spacious leanteh or tent + a significant other....well then the pts can roll. But what if your special friend don't like that sorta thing. Should that be held against you? Hmmmm, maybe so. I suppose the whole system is a mark of "idealism".

Mmmm.... I got 197 for the Tuckerman Purity Test (v0.5)
I think that might be the high score for this board.

Hmmm....

I think I'll wait for the next version before posting the pathetic number I got for my 53 trips.

No extra points for trips beyond 10, no points for bivis in the woods, no points for trail work on an access route, no points for SAR volunteering, no points for being there on Thanksgiving, Xmas or New Years Day, no points for getting a daughter into the ravine at 18 months or hiking it at 6 or for getting a son ice climbing on the ice fall at 6, no bonus for old age, no points for summit-to-Pink non-stops.

Seems like v 0.5 rewards lewd behavior above alpinism. Maybe M@ can do better on his next try.

Tommt T rules! and an attorney at that ;) .

Yup!..... Not just once either! 4 times total to date..... twice on my birthdate (May 28th) and once in June with a girlfriend (Alison - she skied naked too!).... we had a group of buddies from PSC(now PSU) carry our clothes down and the last in early May

Pos rep for doing it, neg rep for not carrying your own clothes :D

I got an 80... but on the cummulative things I only said what I'd done, ie. I have travelled more than three hours, but not more than two exepting that thou then consider three, five is right out!
