Lot's of talk about this, but I know the head of security for Green Mtn. Concert Services, who does security for all of their festys. Definiteley NOT letting people within 15 miles of the venue if there are ticketless... Many people are hoping for a re-release, but from what Kevin told me, it's not happening.

We ordered ours, but they haven't come in the mail yet. Some good phriends of ours who are our normal phishing crew did not get tickets in time... but they were all wishy-washy about going anyway. Something about getting MARRIED.

The perimiter I am speaking of is all road. If you are hiking in, or kayaking for that matter, you'll be just fine.

Yeah, I a and few other slackers are tixless. What does that mean exactley...15 miles? I have a friend I was gonna stay with in Montgomery and mtn bike in somehow from there.

I actually on purpose was gonna gate crash. I mean 150/tix is nutso.

Come on...the Clifford Ball was $55 for the whole shi-bag. :rolleyes: And I'm thinking commando type action, not some hippy demistration gate crashing. I do GIS mapping and can find a weak point, they can't secure the entire perimeter.

How exactly have things changed since Clifford Ball? I CB was run perfectly and if they could pull that off $55 have I missed some major inflation jack from Mr. Greenspan? Not agruin' wit jah, just don't get it...If they go back on sale, yeah I'll probably get one. Speaking of have you checked eBay? Ridicuras...just saw a 2 tix bid @ 820, one tix for 350!!! Christ people, get creative!!

Ase..S...I forgot about the wall they put between the tent city and stage. Back at CB some of us didn't have the 2nd days tix so we cut off peoples excess band and taped em' together. Now thats geting resourseful eh?

$150 is easily worth it, esp. with rising ticket prices these days. You can all thank Clear Channel for the inflation of ticket prices...

Best deal around is moe.down. $90 for 3 days of music. Plenty of variety too. And hinestly, it is THE most fun festival out there. Better than Phish festivals, IMO.

My friends are seriously stoked I told them to get their tickets early...

No "Yucka bucket" this time... Just beer and tequila.... I plan on getting s'face drunk on Friday night... Or maybe Thursday night when I get there...
Saturday and Sunday will be less drinking and more other things... Or "Heavy things" if you will...

We need to work on the setlist. Seeing as we are one of those bands that doesn't practice (hssssssss), we need a setlist so we can learn the chords and words seperatly. If you figure out how to record yourself, get it to MP3 format and I'll download it and we can do soem "virtual" playing along together before the flesh-jam. (Maybe that's our band name...)
