After 13 years I've learned that the only way to watch Simpsons' is on my own TV, in my own living room, at 8pm on Sunday night. And record it to my own tape and pause out the commercials myself.

Some folks go to church, I watch Simpsons'. It's not supposed to be logical.

Someone once berrated be with, "Don't you have a VCR?" and I explained that it's like sports - you gotta watch it live or someone's gonna spoil it. Case in point: I came into work one monday and two guys had watched it and I had taped but not watched it... and they just couldn't shut their damn yaps about the freaking episode. :doh:

I went home for lunch and watched it myself. That was a close one.

Never EVER gets old.....I dont know how they do it, but that show is as fresh as the day it was released...After Tracy (friggin) Ullman let it go on it's own...

I read that yestrerday.....they just want more $$....and like they aren't going to get it? Cmon........that show is too popular to lose good writers...especailly due to $$...

I don't think the writers are striking, just the folks who do the voices. They have like 3 TEAMS of writers, probably almost 100 people. They rock.

Pay them what ever the freaking want is my opinion. Fox is making billions off that show - if it wasn't for Simpson's I wouldn't watch fox... (well - they do carry the occasional Red Sox Game)
