I'm trying to get an overlay created to handle the different images - and the key is to show LIVE results. It works - but today kinda sucks.
A problem is that the webcam isn't that "precise" and sometimes when it snaps an image it's a little left or right, so the overlay isn't perfect yet.
But I think the overlay is pretty dead-on for the current web-cam configuration. You will notice some of the older images don't line up (the lip is way off)
