But it always looks like that in the spring! Yet somehow hangs on for awhile...

How are the upper snowfields looking from the summit of Monroe? Thinking about another six-ravine circumnavigation tour Friday, but instead of ART to the hut, MB and then boulder hop straight up to Monroe, then ski straight from the summit down the snowfields into Main Gully. Looked good last week, but of course last week was, well, last week....

Temps have remained cool but a few of the days had scorching sun.... Warm rains certainly didn't help.
