This goes out to the dude skiing tele in a red coat next to the cog today (or anyone else). I found a beautiful hat today next to the cog. Looks like someone lost it while skinning up. Met one guy skiing down who was bumbed he had lost a hat- I hope you are on here. It looks homemade, so I am sure whoever lost it is bumming. I figured this was a likely place to gain contact. Peace.

Hey nate. The cog was skiable right back to my car. Skied from about 1000' below the summit. Above tree line the coverage was definitely boney. I was only able to link 1-2 turns before killing speed and maneuvering between rocks. Once I got below where the tracks cross next to the little shack I did not hit another rock- lower 1500' or so skied great. There was some shrubs and grass still poking through, and I did take heed to stay away from thinly covered rocks. One more storm should do it.

Hey Greg no I was skiing. I may have followed your group up however. I was about 1000' behind a group of 5 or so on my way up to the summit. Followed the group up to and through the easties for a while, and then lost them in the clouds.... never met anyone else til I was back down bottom. We did however meet a time or two last year at Stowe. My name is Ben and we bumped into each other two different pow days. Whether it was you I saw or not, looks like your crew had a great day as well! cheers

I was the splitboarder who chatted with you booting up the snowfields. It was nice meeting you guys. What an incredible day up high. Basically a MW t2b…I’ll take it.
