Just a quick Hello to everyone! School is absolutely rocking this semester. Between that and work I have little to no free time to jump on the computer. Fear not! I shall return to my former volume of material in time! I is gonna be, at the end of all this self-induced insanity, gonna be a gen-u-ine Pro-fessional Pho-tog-ra-pher. All will be worth it in the end..... If anyone in this genearal area ever needs any Pro-to-be services of a photographic nature, feel free to contact me. I'm pretty decent (modest, also!) at my craft, now own an exceptional camera (Mamiya 645) (medium format) and will work for pretty cheap prices as well. The only thing limiting me right now is the lack of my own strobes, etc, but I'm starting to do really decent portrait work with existing light and all. So if you have a nice, naturally lit location that you'd like to be photographed at, give me a shout. Other than that, I'll close now. Have fun, be safe. Al :skistooge:

Hey Stooge,

Glad to hear you're still sitting up and taking nourishment. I didn't know you were studying photography. I went to RIT and they have a terrific photography program there, thanks to George Eastman.

Even when I had a good camera I was no good at it. Now I try to stick to disposables.

I thought of you today as I was on my way to Wildcat. I drove past the Alton exit off of 16. Too bad school has been keeping you so busy. Hopefully, your first turns aren't far off.

The joys of being busy and broke! I love the pressure! I did manage to get 4 runs in yesterday. A grand whopping total of approx. 40 (forty) feet. (My back yard). Woo Hoo! Budget is saying that this is gonna be a mellow year for me. Gonna do some hiking and practice my tree (avoidance) skills this winter. I've been studying a lot of local topo maps lately trying to seek out steep skiiable areas close by. Just teaches me to watch for bargains, et al. Waterville is 39. Tenney is 2 for 32 on like Thurs and Fris or something. OK, Have fun, be safe. Al :skistooge:
