What do you know about State Collage, PA? I am heading down for a friends wedding on Thursday and me and the girl need to occupy our time between pub crawl, golfing and the "I do's" The reception is being held at Tussey Mountain I tried to get em to hold off till the snow flies but no luck.
I heard they had t' git married! :D

It's picturesque -> you will probably see some nice foliage. Not a chance for snow - sorry. :(
It's a party town, I'm told. Can't tell you exactly where to go because it's not my stomping ground.

A must stop is the Rathskeller where you buy Rolling Rock pony bottles by the case. Great lunch spot is "The Deli" on Garner Street. Walk up to campus and pick up a Daily Collegian newspaper. It will list events for the day/coming days. The Creamery on campus has killer ice cream, great for chasing those hangover blurrs away. Late night snack, go to "Ye Olde College Diner" on College Avanue. Best breakfast place is the Waffle Shop on College Avenue. If you are into seeing deer with trophy size racks, check out the deer pens (link above).
It's a great place, there is something for everyone and every taste. If you are going to be there on a weekend when there is a home football game, it will be very crowded. . . lots of atomsphere, but very crowded.

Wow! The Skidude's summer camp is in that direction so I usually make a trip out there during the summer. Now I'll know what else there is to do.
