epic till tomorrow. seems like winters that start out cold/snowy early, completely $uck come winter and finish off ok. after 3 great ones in a row, we'd be really lucky to get another.

who knows? gonna get warm for a few weeks me thinks.

No precip north the lakes. Had a nice day hiking up in Conway. A little white on MW but the rest is still just fall. Heck it's October... no hurry it'll be here soon enough.

(no, that's not my house)

They were the biggest snowflakes I have ever seen. Some about 2 inches across. Kind of freaky.

(No, that's not tons of bird crap on a car with an Audubon sticker - which would be amusing in a certain way. Those are individual snowflakes.)

Who knows what the rest of the winter holds, but for today it doesn't matter. Snow is exciting.

Even weather men can't predict the weather.

But for now, I enjoy seeing the snow.
