Mammut Pulse upgrade

I was reading that you can upgrade the Pulse firmware.

Apparently you take this to a shop and wamo, it's all set. I tried to use the "shop finder" but it is not so helpful, no one east of the flat lands seems authorized to upgrade it.

has anyone done this?

I've got a pulse so if you here of a shop please let me know.

Will do. I did check online and REI is selling the Pulse this year so maybe they will be come "authorized". I need to go down that way so I will inquire.
