Can't believe this has been taken today ! I WONT believe it! Otherwise I'd be too depressed that I'm sitting here looking at a picture of it rather than skiing it. OTOH, I think 2planker has a good idea, and I think I'll try to find some of this stuff for myself on Saturday.

Insane! Can someone from the North Country verify this stuff? The pic of the plow berm is intense. How much are you guys getting up there???

Octo - you have to take your family back to New England!! Quickly! :skiplow:
I also doubt that picture. If it was one of our beloved regulars I'd be dreuling. Alas, I believe it is a dating mistake. It must be, other wise I'd be banging my head on this laptop.

Wow, that is interesting-looking. I blew the pic up for a closer look. You can see a rock in the mid-foreground, and the small conifers aren't buried in snow -- so the base depth isn't very high in the image. Trees didn't look like they had leaves, but that's an inconclusive finding.
My vote: as much as I'm skeptical, I don't have a solid reason to disbelieve the pic.

We talked of this pic a while, yesterday night on the FTO chat... and we remarked that there was almost no leaves in the trees, while the Throbulator is on the middle/lower mountain. This is not normal and we don't believe that the pic is from yesterday anymore.... At least, we are extremeley sceptical (or so)
