If you're talking ice....I'm working on a mighty fine living arrangement for December and January. I'd love to climb with you :)

I heard from my buddy that Abasin had some snow on the web cam this morning... Just heard from my son who delights in rubbing it in. He called on the way back from a guys' baccanalia camping trip to report all white at 11k' at or north of I 70. He was going to detour to Loveland Pass to check it out. And to think, he's still wakeboarding. We tried to raise him right, but talk about spoiled. Conditions out there will do it. We'll get ours soon, RR's 10-18 start is pretty close to my memory on average, though a year or two was earlier. Will post as soon as I get the pix from said son from the slide on St Mary's glacier in August. Spilled some Arrogant Bast-rd on Sunday in Newmarket for Ullr, after running into Icelantic. Semed appropriate. See you out there.

Bring it! I'm going through withdrawals since my return from Chile Sept. 3! Gotta write that trip report covering mine and Skitreesha's quest for turns every month. Got Portillo in August, Valle Nevado in Sept. Ideas for Oct??? (Needs to be in New England - c'mon Sunday River or VT!) Oh, and since this will be our first T4T TR, I'll need a reminder how to get the pics up. Not sure how I'm going to select a reasonable amount to post among the 800 or so pics of perhaps the happiest week of my life!:D

no sense thinking about east coast snow until october at the absolute earliest. In the meantime the hiking and climbing conditions continue to be all time epic...
