Which browser and version are you using? Do you have quicktime installed?

Have quicktime But not sure if it was tuned on..I will go and try again.
Anyway IE 6.0 with wind XP.
My first guess would be you're blocking pop-ups. The videos open in a seperate pop-up window. However, you said "and then I click start" so I guess the pop-up is coming up.
Anyhow: you need QUICKTIME to view them. Do you get a "Q" showing after you click start? I just tested and it worked fine. Watched that slow-boarder roll down the chute like a rag doll.

I haven't watched the videos in question, but just in general, have you given thought to providing WMV9 format videos? In my experience, it offers better quality/file size than a Quicktime video, and then Windows users at least wouldn't have to worry about downloading Quicktime if they don't already have it...
However, while you're at it, if you want Quicktime, check out iTunes (even for Windows now!!!). It's a great MP3/other format player that has a really nice interface, and a great selection of legal, fairly cheap downloadable music. You can also do a hot link over Firewire to an iPod if you have it... Really cool!
(and no, I don't work for Apple; in fact I have a home-built Windows XP-based PC)
edit to add: Listening to "Young Lust" by Pink Floyd right now w/ iTunes, that's what got me thinking about it!!!
Good song!

NH_tele. The videos are in mpeg 1 format. Quicktime, media player etc.. depending on your puter setup should play the videos fine. I'll have to investigate options for this springs videos.
Skidudeski... easy on the videos! downloading them all eats up mega bandwidth! Luckily I'm not metered for bandwidth or I would have to send you a bill... course you could pass it on to mumster ;)
