A woman who was injured while snow-tubing at Pat’s Peak can sue the ski area, because her case was filed before state law was changed to bar such suits, the state Supreme Court ruled.
Helen Martin and her husband sued Pat’s Peak in 2007, over injuries she allegedly suffered in 2004.
