Nashua Telegraph article (http://www.nashuatelegraph.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20090521/NEWSBLOG/905219874).

A woman who was injured while snow-tubing at Pat’s Peak can sue the ski area, because her case was filed before state law was changed to bar such suits, the state Supreme Court ruled.

Helen Martin and her husband sued Pat’s Peak in 2007, over injuries she allegedly suffered in 2004.

Sad........

Karma's a bit*ch, they better be looking over their greedy shoulders one day it's going to come back and bite them hard.

Anyone know the particulars of this case/injury.

When I worked at Ragged they had a death trap for a "tubing" park. And the employees running the thing would try to create pile ups. So maybe a money grab or maybe PP took a risky situation and made it worse.
