Conditions 4/26 weekend???

anybody got some detailed accounts of the ravine...or did yall get scared away with the weather

My buddy and I hiked up Saturday morning and stayed over till Sunday. I skied one run on Saturday, it was okay. Visiblity was poor and it was a little icy. The winds were a little rough too. Sunday was absolutely gorgeous, we hiked back into the bowl and I skied one more run before we hiked down. Conditions were awesome on Sunday!!

Hey there!
We didn't hike/ski Saturday (4/26) but we did hike/ski Friday -- AWESOME day in the bowl. Warm, no wind to soeak of, and not so many people. A few VERY hard core skires and riders, however -- NEVER saw so many people over the headwall in such FINE style! Warren Miller-esque, I must say. The snow was great -- a few inches the night before added to the greatness of the day...A good time was had by all!
